With a career that spans over 40 years, Mark Bennett is one of the most respected and acclaimed bakers in Britain. In 2012, after thirty years of working as a third-generation master-baker at his family’s bakery business in Poole, Mark and his wife, Emma, made the life-changing decision to open Patisserie Mark Bennett in Penn Hill.
